PROF. ENRIQUE SORIANO III, Executive Director of the Wong + Bernstein Group
Prof Enrique Soriano is a World Bank/IFC Governance Consultant, Columnist, Book Author, Professor of Global Marketing at the ATENEO Graduate School of Business, Dean of the MLQU School of Business, Accountancy and Real Estate and a Senior Fellow on Governance at the IPMI International Business School in Jakarta. He is an active member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
Prof Soriano is currently the Executive Director of the Wong + Bernstein Group, an Asia Pacific based Strategic Advisory firm that specializes on Family Governance, Succession and Next Generation Leadership
MOHSIN ALI CHAUDHRY, IFC Corporate Governance Officer
Mohsin Ali Chaudhry is the IFC CG Project Lead for Indonesia. He has been working with IFC as a Corporate Governance Officer since March 2007. Mohsin has over thirteen years of professional experience with corporate boards, family owned businesses, financial institutions, regulators, and institutes advising on corporate governance planning, drafting corporate governance rules and regulations, building training capacity, and strengthening enforcement of country CG codes in the Middle East& North Africa (Jordan, Iraq, and Egypt), South Asia (Pakistan and Afghanistan) and Southeast Asia (Indonesia & Cambodia). Mohsin holds a Master of Laws from University College London and a bachelor’s degree in law from University Law College Lahore. Mohsin has written several articles on legal and governance topics.
