Juline Kaleyias

Has been with Capital’s headquarters in Washington, D.C. since September 2012. As Director of Investor Relations, Juline’s primary role is to help manage EB5 Capital’s Investor Relations team and develop new markets for the company. Her team leads foreign investors from around the worldwith the EB-5 immigration and investment process. Spending most of her life in the suburbs of Washington, D.C., Juline’s background is in economics, international trade and investment policy, with a focus on China affairs. She holds a Master’s degree in International Trade and Investment Policy from George Washington University, and a B.A. in Chinese and Economics.

Michael B. Dye, Esq.

A former U.S. diplomat, with extensive experience working in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Latin America, and has the regional expertise to break through cultural barriers and provide the comprehensive legal assistance to solve all of your immigration needs.

Jeremy Stobie, CPA (US), CFE

Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner and an investor in a myriad of domestic and international businesses over the last decade. Mr. Stobie has extensive experience in EB-5, Real Estate Private Equity, Due Diligence, Cross-Border Capital Raises, Venture Capital, Mezzanine Financing, Forensic Accounting and US Tax.

With 24 completed and current projects, a 100% I-526 and I-829 project approval rate, and repayments to investors on multiple past projects, EB-5 Capital is one of the few EB-5 operators with such an accomplished track record. Their first I-526 approval came in 2008, when there were fewer than 15 EB-5 Regional Centers in the country.
